Our No Worries return policy is simple and easy - if you're unhappy with something you've bought from us, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. For details, read the policy below.

  1. We unconditionally gurantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the order date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise. All original paperwork must be returned with the purchase including a receipt and all original tags.

    When returning your item you must call us at 208-754-4899 to aquire your return authorization number. If you would like us to have the bags shipped back to us that cost will be deducted from your refund.

  2. WESTERN PACK BRAND bags are guaranteed for 5 year from purchase, if the bag becomes flawed follow the set trouble-free instructions for your free replacement bag:

  3. 1. Cut out around the metal WESTERN PACK logo; ensuring you have the material as well.
  4. 2. Print off a copy of your receipt
  5. 3. Write a brief explanation describing what was wrong with the bag and were the replacement will be sent.
  6. 4. Ship the WESTERN pack logo, your receipt and the letter to the following address.

  1. TRANSWORLD bags are guranteed for 3 years, if the bag has become defective in anyway ship it to the following address. Include: your purchase order receipt and a brief description of what happened.
