WESTERN PACK BRAND bags are guaranteed for 5 years from purchase, if the bag becomes flawed follow the set trouble-free instructions for your free replacement bag:
- Call 208-228-5655 to request a return authorization number.
- Cut out around the metal WESTERN PACK logo, ensuring you have the material as well.
- Print off a copy of your receipt.
- Write a brief explanation describing what was wrong with the bag and where the replacement will be sent.
- Ship the WESTERN PACK logo, your receipt and the letter to the following address.

TRANSWORLD bags are guaranteed for 3 years, if the bag has become defective in anyway ship it to the following address. Include: your purchase order receipt and a brief description of what happened.

CAMP INN bags are guaranteed against defective workmanship and material for the life of the product. They will repair or replace, at their discretion, any item shown to be defective.
Items not covered by warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including characteristic wear (see Care and Handling instructions on the product)
- Damage of personal property stored or transported in Camp Inn gear
- Damage by airlines
- Product received without a Return Authorization number
- Product lost or damaged by the return carrier (en route to AmeriBag Outdoors)
Ameribag Outdoors - Camp Inn does not assume shipping expenses for products returned to their facility. They will ship the repaired or replaced item from their facility at no cost.
